● Guaranteed substitute. We automatically send a substitute housekeeper if your regular person is ill or unavailable.
● For your convenience, you have the choice of paying cash, check, or by major credit card the day of service.
● Even though the Housekeeping Network is not responsible for theft and loss committed by its referred housekeepers, if the remote possibility of a theft occurs, the Housekeeping Network is insured and bonded.
WHAT TO EXPECT
At the Housekeeping Network, we take pride in cleaning! You are treating yourself to a clean home; please do not worry about cleaning prior to our arrival. Our team will review your individualized cleaning plan before our arrival and will take it from there. If you are unable to be at home to allow us access, please be sure to provide us with your garage code or spare key to gain entry.
If a conflict in schedule occurs, please contact us within 48 hours to reschedule your cleaning. We understand some situations are unavoidable. If less than 24 hour’s notice is given to reschedule your cleaning, a small fee may be assessed.
Our team is built with your needs in mind. We recruit and train our staff at all levels to ensure not only excellent service but also a highly skilled and motivated team. We provide each homeowner with services tailored to meet their needs in this constantly changing and challenging labor market. We have a unique system in place to ensure proper staffing levels for your needs, no matter what.
Every Housekeeping Network teammate has been subjected to a comprehensive background check and trained extensively in our cleaning methods. Our team will always arrive with a smile, an excellent attitude, and with cleaning supplies and equipment.
Our hours of operation are from 7am to 6pm, Monday through Saturday. The Housekeeping Network is available to meet your needs and expectations every week, biweekly, or on a monthly basis. Our team will spend the time needed in your home to get the cleaning results you expect and deserve.
If at any time you are not happy with our professional cleaning, give us a call. We will return in less than 24 hours to clean areas that did not meet your expectations. We work very hard to understand and meet the needs of our client’s; as a result, your satisfaction is key.
