Answer: Housekeeping Network can be at your home the same day or you can schedule a cleaning for a future date. We are available when you need us! Most client’s request a scheduled cleaning during the week between 7am and 6pm; however, housekeepers are available 6 days a week.
Question: Will someone need to stay at home until the housekeeper arrives?
Answer: As every home and client are different, we encourage all clients to request a free estimate. This allows us the opportunity to meet your needs and expectations. This also gives you the opportunity to decide if you would like to remain at home during your scheduled cleaning service date and time.
Question: What does general housekeeping include?
Answer: In order to provide the best housekeeping experience, we prefer to develop a one-on-one relationship with our client. Of course, for larger jobs you may request multiple housekeepers.

Question: Do you require a cancellation notice?
Answer: We understand some situations are unavoidable. Yes, we would prefer a 48 hr or 2 day cancellation notice. If less than 24 hours’ notice is given, there may be a small fee assessed.

Answer: We accept MasterCard, Visa, Discover, or American Express. However, if you prefer, cash or check payments are accepted.
